Alien Boys and Gamksimoon September 12th

$20.00

Vancouver heavy-weight punk band, Alien Boys coming to Prince George along with Ts’msyen heavy rock n roll outfit Gamksimoon to perform at the Legion Branch 43 on September 12th!

Alien Boys is a DIY punk band from Vancouver, Canada. Pulling influences from punk, heavy rock, metal, and grunge, they deliver an in-your-face performance and boast charged, melodic vocals over furious, driving riffs. Lyrically, Alien Boys doesn’t pull punches, taking on topics ranging from police brutality to reproductive rights. Since forming in 2016, they’ve released their demo Self-Critical Theory (2016) and two albums, Night Danger (2019), The Weight of it All (2023). They’ve also just released a new EP, Live at Rain City Recorders (2025). Since forming, they’ve toured Canada and the US and have shared the stage with punk legends like DOA, The Dead Boys, The Black Halos, and Propaghandi.

“G̱a̱mksimoon, meaning ‘waterspout’ in Sm’algya̱x, is a rock and roll project created by Wil Uks Batsga G̱a̱laaw (Jeremy Pahl) of the Gitga'at First Nation. Performing entirely in Sm’algya̱x language, their music channels the swirling energy of the waterspout through rhythms and melodies inspired by pre-contact Ts’msyen traditions.”
